Katya Bruen

Katya is the Manager of Opportunity UK's Tel Aviv office.  She began her real estate career as a broker in Manhattan, before returning to her native country, Israel where she is a licensed broker. 

Her background in sales has helped her quickly develop key contacts in Israel and introduce the principles of New York customer service to the Israeli market. She has developed extensive property listings to suit almost all budgets. 

Katya is always looking for new ways to cater to her clients, arranging pilot inspection trips from abroad when required, and facilitating an efficient and organized inspection timetable. While taking her clients requirements very seriously, her youthful spirit and energy make her the perfect person to work proficiently on a client's behalf.

Derek Lewis

Derek is the CEO of Opportunity UK Group. With 30 years' experience as a property agent, he provides traditional and professional commercial property advice. He specializes in development and investment markets, but his broad knowledge also spans residential and mixed-use schemes, rent reviews and all aspects of the acquisition and sale of office, retail and warehouse space in London and other international centres.

A member of FIABCI (The International Real Estate Federation) Derek communicates and travels worldwide sourcing investment propositions and regularly visits the Tel Aviv branch for investor meetings.

Rebecca Wolman

Rebecca has recently been recruited by Opportunity UK to work specifically with their UK and American clients looking to purchase property in Israel. Originally from London, and having lived some time in the States, she has been based in Israel for the past 8 years, during which she has developed vast knowledge and experience of the Israeli property market.

With her understanding of purchasing property in both the UK, the US and Israel, she is in the perfect position to help guide foreign clients through the unfamiliar and often daunting process of finding a home in Israel.

Lea has recently joined Opportunity UK, and is working in the Tel Aviv office to personally help clients seeking to acquire properties in Israel.  

Lea has a unique background, having lived in Germany, Los Angeles, the UK and most recently Israel for the past 4 years. She is well equipped to provide sound advice for both foreign and Israeli clients from her versatile knowledge of these different markets.
